Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights you may have under applicable California law.
13. Severability and Enforceability
If any provision or portion of these Terms is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, in whole or in part, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to correct any deficiencies or replaced with a provision which is as close as is legally permissible to the provision found invalid or unenforceable and shall not affect the legality, validity or enforceability of any other provisions or portions of these Terms.

17. Assignment
These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you. However, we may assign, novate or subcontract any or all of our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other documents or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Coastal Pacific Insurance Group regarding the use of the Site and the content and services provided on this Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and Coastal Pacific Insurance Group relating to the subject matter hereof.
19. Product Restrictions
Our website provides information about Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, prescription drug plans, term life, final expense life, home, auto, condo, renters, umbrella, dental, vision and hearing coverage. Actual availability depends on state licensing, carrier relationships, location and the product's eligibility requirements.
Quotes, illustrations and comparisons do not guarantee that a policy will be issued or that coverage is in force. Provide accurate, current information when requesting a quote or submitting an application. Contact clientservices@coastalpacificinsurance.com to request corrections to information you provided to us.
Eligibility, premiums, exclusions and application requirements vary by product. Life and property and casualty insurers may use underwriting and authorized third-party records where applicable. Medicare Advantage and prescription drug plan enrollment follow the applicable Medicare eligibility and enrollment rules. Medicare Supplement applications may involve medical underwriting in some circumstances, subject to applicable rights and protections. Dental, vision and hearing products have their own terms and limitations.
Coverage and effective dates must be confirmed through the applicable insurer or authorized binding process. Policy documents, certificates and plan documents govern the coverage purchased; summaries on this Site do not replace them.

21. Life Policy Disclaimers
Life insurance availability, premiums, benefits and application requirements depend on the insurer, product and applicant. "Instant" or accelerated processing does not guarantee approval for every applicant or that an examination will never be required. Final expense policies may contain graded or limited benefits during an initial period. Refer to the applicable policy and insurer-approved product disclosures for complete terms.
22. Life and Health Licensing Information
Coastal Pacific Insurance Group, Inc. is an insurance agency, not an insurance company. Insurance services are offered only where the agency and the assisting agent hold the required licenses and authorization. California agency license number to be confirmed and inserted prior to publication.
23. Auto and Home Licensing Information
Coastal Pacific Insurance Group, Inc. provides property and casualty insurance assistance where it and the assisting agent have the required licenses and authorization. Insurance coverage is provided by the issuing insurer and is subject to its policy terms. Products and services are not available in every state or through every insurer. California property and casualty licensing information to be confirmed and inserted prior to publication.
24. Do Not Call Request
You may request that Coastal Pacific Insurance Group stop making marketing calls to you by emailing clientservices@coastalpacificinsurance.com. Include the telephone number to which your request applies. We will process the request in accordance with applicable law. A later website visit or inquiry does not automatically cancel a previous opt-out; any subsequent marketing contact must have an appropriate legal basis.
