Farzin Espahani is a co-founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Coastal Pacific Insurance Group. With over 22 years of experience in healthcare, including health and Medicare insurance, provider management, and operational excellence, he brings a broad understanding of how coverage, care, and service affect individuals and families.

Farzin previously served as General Manager of Health and Medicare Insurance at QuinStreet. His background spans business leadership, insurance distribution, team development, and compliance. At Coastal Pacific, he applies that experience to building a knowledgeable team and establishing service standards that help clients receive clear explanations, timely responses, and dependable support.

He is also the founder of VHealth Partners, an advisory firm helping healthcare organizations improve their operations and performance. Farzin serves as a board member and Communications Chair of the Insurance Marketing Coalition and as a board member of the Lead Quality Alliance.

His approach to leadership starts with listening, understanding people's needs, and making complex decisions easier to navigate. He is committed to building lasting client relationships through personal attention, responsible guidance, and consistent follow-through.

Farzin lives in Mission Viejo with his family and enjoys cycling, hiking, swimming, and pickleball. He is a proud member of the San Francisco 49ers Faithful and supports Arsenal FC in the English Premier League.

Allen Sarkeshik is the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Coastal Pacific Insurance Group. An entrepreneur and longtime Orange County business leader, Allen brings 29 years of experience in finance, business management, operations, and team development. Since 1997, he has built and managed local businesses serving Orange County residents, gaining a deep understanding of the community and the financial needs of individuals and families.

Throughout his career, Allen has focused on financial management, operational excellence, building successful teams, and developing lasting customer relationships. As Co-Founder of Coastal Pacific, he brings his entrepreneurial experience and financial leadership to building an insurance agency focused on personal service, responsible guidance, and long-term client relationships.

His approach to leadership centers on operational excellence, financial responsibility, and putting consumers' financial well-being first. He believes successful businesses are built through trust, accountability, strong teams, and a genuine commitment to serving people. At Coastal Pacific, he is focused on establishing efficient operations, supporting sustainable growth, and helping Orange County families make informed decisions about protecting their health, families, and financial futures.

Allen has strong ties to the Orange County community and enjoys staying active through personal fitness and playing soccer in a local Sunday league. He is also an enthusiastic sports fan, following the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Lakers. Outside of work, he enjoys supporting local businesses and continuing his longtime commitment to serving the people of Orange County.

Ilar Ghaffar serves as Vice President of Operations at Coastal Pacific Insurance Group, where she is responsible for operational excellence, client experience, and maintaining the high standards of service that define the agency.

Ilar focuses on creating a seamless, personal, and responsive experience for every client. She oversees daily operations, coordinates internal processes, and supports the agency's licensed professionals to ensure clients receive timely assistance, clear communication, and consistent follow-through.

Her approach emphasizes attention to detail, accountability, and continuous improvement. From the first conversation through ongoing policy servicing, Ilar works to ensure that every interaction reflects the agency's commitment to professionalism, transparency, and genuine care.
